Biomass is a well known and High in demand business which is difficult to do on a large scale. IBM is having teams all over the Pakistan to collect and process the Raw Materials.
IBM’s main issue was to manage scattered teams along with their day-to-day Expenses and progress on stock collection/process.
Also, there’s a major problem of internet as many fields are on remote areas
Solution
To manage day-to-day Transactions & Production, a standard implementation of a good ERP should be enough but as per their process of Raw Material collection, a standard ERP along with a custom build module was the final solution.
We build custom stock collection & processing module to cover their custom needs starting from the agreement with the field owner towards Bales Production and the final step of steam production and sales.
